well, it was a big enough deal that i actually went to a rodeo that i put that picture up over there. and yeah, that is, in fact, MY hat. a whole other world, i'll tell ya, that whole 'country' gig. weird, but cool.

and, i'm moving overseas again in 3 weeks. familiar territory, yet more ground to cover. though i can't wait to be there, it would be easier if 'closure with family and friends' wasn't a soil i had to till. arg.
