Back in NC, 23 days to go...

after some time in SoCal with miranda, we've made our final trip back to her home state to get married. seems we made it out here just in time to see the edges of Ernesto begin to dump rain and blow her city around...

two weeks ago it was LAX, around noon; 30 minutes after i arrived from East Asia, she arrived from Argentina. together again, and no more goodbyes. this is it.

thanks to all the friends and family who welcomed us back to the States, both in CA and NC. it's been unreal. a few trips to the Biersch, to Point Dume, and to price club. a glorious introduction to In-N-Out for her. and the blessed introduction of the beginning of life together.
